IT Specialist, Tampere

We are seeking an IT Specialist to take on a role centered around the Axonius Cybersecurity Platform. You will be the primary contact for Axonius-related matters, creating dashboards and reports, developing user training and self-service materials, and improving asset management processes. The role also involves report and dashboard development in ServiceNow.

• Address asset data discrepancies, gather feedback to improve analytics, and develop training and self-service materials for Axonius users.
• Create and optimize dashboards and reports based on use cases, ad-hoc requests, and best practices while validating existing reports with IT personnel.
• Inspect IT assurance evidence quality, manage escalations with Entity Owners, and develop reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.

• Fluent English language skills
• Suitable educational background
• A background for example in IT asset management or cybersecurity is meritious, also familiarity in BI reporting is preferred. Experience with Axonius or ServiceNow is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
