About the role

In this role, you will work with international logistics and customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing orders, arranging shipments for orders, updating customer information, inventory, and vendors in the ERP system. You will also handle communication with customs and other authorities and respond to customer inquiries. This role is ideal for a student in the final stages of their studies, who is interested to work full-time after graduation.

We are looking for

Relevant educational background
Some previous work experience
Full working proficiency in English, Finnish is seen as a plus
Ability to handle a variable workload
Familiarity with some ERP systems
Experience of export and/or import is seen as a merit
