Sales and Marketing Assistant, Sulapac Oy, Helsinki

This role involves several key responsibilities. Top priority is lead qualification, where you'll review and assess incoming leads and respond to potential customers. Good communication skills and a customer-centric attitude are essential. In marketing-related tasks, you'll engage with brands and customers in the social media, publish content, and update website. You'll also manage and update marketing assets like images and brochures. You'll send out samples to potential customers, ensuring they are nicely packaged and correctly marked. Your tasks may also include gathering and analyzing information on current and potential customers as well as media monitoring.

• Relevant educational background (eg. marketing, business)
• Some previous experience working in similar tasks
• Full working proficiency in English, French or German are seen as a plus
• Basic IT skills and ability to adopt new tools
• Interest in making a positive impact through business
