About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and development-oriented Learning Specialist to join dynamic and international work environment. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, work independently, and communicate & collaborate with internal and external parties. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing automation learning solutions across all our digital learning platforms, tools and processes for both internal and external stakeholders.

Work tasks

  • Act as a Automation key user for Learning Management Systems (LMS) (Adobe LMS, Workday Learning).
  • Plan development roadmaps and launch schedules for platforms and tools according to agreed business needs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of LMS systems & tool's features, version updates, and processes. Interpret system needs and construct system processes. Proactively initiate development items.
  • Understand and address the needs of the targeted workforce while identifying potential improvements in internal & external competence development.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Learning Team, other stakeholders within Automation and in Sandvik's other divisions..

We are looking for

  • Language: Fluent English, other languages (such as Finnish) are seen as a merit
  • Previous experience and knowledge with learning management systems (Adobe LMS & Workday as preferred)
  • Genuine interest for different learning methods, technologies and tools
  • People person at heart with strong business acumen and know how to link the business and the people agenda

  • Location: Tampere (Tulli Business Park & Myllypuro)
