About the role

In this position, you get to be part of Digital Services team, where you get to be in versatile contact with customers. You will be assisting customers in various questions regarding the company's products. The position also includes administrative tasks such as opening orders, sending invoices and forwarding feedback.

Work tasks

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will engage directly with customers to resolve issues, respond to inquiries, and provide guidance and assistance. Your role will involve a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, allowing you to promptly identify and meet customer needs. You will also be responsible for coordinating service tasks and managing digital service contracts. This position requires interaction with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure an exceptional client experience.

  • Managing and coordinating Digital Service contracts and jobs
  • Customer service tasks related to products and services, such as emails and calls to customers
  • Reporting common product and service complaints

We are looking for

  • 2 + years of previous work experience in similar positions
  • Bachelor's degree education suitable for the position, e.g. economics
  • Previous work experience in customer service and coordination
  • A business-oriented way of thinking and knowledge of working in business
  • Fluent oral and written English language skills

It is meritorious if you have Finnish language skills and experience managing small contracts.
