Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of construction or solar energy projects mainly in Germany. Additionally, projects may occur in other European countries and the UK in the future. This role is critical to the success of the projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety and quality standards.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to participate in exciting projects that typically last 3-4 months at one location. You are expected to work abroad 3-4 days per week, depending on the phase of the project. Some weeks may involve alternating between working one week at the office and the next at the project site. Flexibility in travel is essential for this position.
