Process Engineer, Wärtsilä, Vaasa

In this role, you will start by gaining hands-on experience with basic process design tasks, such as developing process flow diagrams and device lists. You will assist in performing process calculations and simulations and contribute to creating process descriptions together with your team members. Initially, you will focus on learning the details of the systems and processes, with opportunities to shadow experienced engineers and participate in collaborative projects. As you grow into the role, you will gradually take on more responsibility, exploring and contributing to process improvements and innovative solutions independently.

• M.Sc. in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field
• Eagerness to learn and develop
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Finnish and/or Swedish is an advantage

Previous experience or knowledge in creating flow diagrams, practical experience with AutoCAD, and/or field experience from a power plant or process industry are considered valuable advantages.
