Documentation Engineer, Evac, Espoo

In this role, you will create manuals, data sheets, user instructions, and other technical documents for both standard products and delivery projects, as well as spare parts. You will play a key role in ensuring the documents meet project demands and are delivered to clients on time. Additionally, you will proactively develop Evac's documentation system and procedures in close collaboration with a highly skilled documentation team.

• Technical writing for projects, products, and spare parts
• Document control for projects and collaborating with other document controllers
• Guiding and training personnel on best practices for documentation
• Assisting the Lead Documentation Engineer in workload management and work assignments
• Developing best practices and improving the documentation system

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental, mechanical, or a related engineering field
• Experience in product and project documentation
• Experience in technical documentation, reporting and other engineering tasks
• Commited to provide excellent customer service
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office tools

It is meritorious if you have

• Working knowledge of JIRA, PTC Windchill, E9 ERP, SharePoint and AutoCAD
