About the role

ABB Drive Products is now looking for a Junior Embedded Software Developer who wants to gain experience at the field and is willing to learn more and grow as a professional with embedded systems. You will be working in development team withinGeneral Purpose and Machinery Drives engineering unit At first you will focus on developing existing software and help e.g. with troubleshooting bugs. You will start with easier tasks and more experienced colleagues will be there to support you. With time, you will have great possibility to get more tasks and responsibility. We are looking someone who enjoys learning and wants to take this position as a possibility to grow as an expert.

We are looking for

• Suitable Bachelor's or Master's degree (E.g. Electrical or Automation Engineering,)
• Good knowledge in C++
• Fluency in both written and spoken English

Knowledge of Python and Git is seen as an advantage.

• Work extent: Permanent, full time position
• Location: Helsinki, Pitäjänmäki (you will have a chance to work remotely 2 days a week)
