About the role
As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting Project Managers to ensure the smooth and timely execution of purchases, deliveries, and project milestones. You’ll manage purchase orders, track material progress, and maintain up-to-date documentation in SAP. A key part of your role will be facilitating communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and the Project Management team, as well as organizing workshops and coordinating actions from design workshops and steering committees. You will also assist with drafting purchase requisitions, following up on procurement and manufacturing, and monitoring design task readiness, with a particular focus on prioritizing deviations and key tasks. This position offers the chance to grow and develop professionally while working within a collaborative and dynamic project team.

Work tasks
- Oversee purchase orders, material tracking, and documentation.
- Coordinate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and PM team.
- Organize workshops and coordinate actions from design and steering committees.
- Support purchase requisitions, procurement, and manufacturing follow-ups.
We are looking for
- A relevant educational background (e.g., technical) or you may also be a recent graduate or in the final stages of your studies
- Ability to work independently and organize your own tasks
- Interest in technology and working within a systems environment
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 tools
- Fluent communication skills in English
Experience with SAP and Planner is seen as an advantage.
