As a Geotechnical Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and executing diverse and complex projects. You will take ownership of projects, ensuring they progress smoothly on schedule and within budget while keeping a strong customer focus. From initial planning to final implementation, you’ll be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle.

Work tasks

Your tasks as a Geotechnical Engineer will include:

• Creating and calculating geotechnical plans.
• Scheduling, monitoring, and ensuring project quality.
• Client communication and reporting project progress.

We are looking for

• At least 3-4 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, particularly in design
• SKOL classification 04 or more senior
• Strong project experience and the ability to work independently
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to mentor junior specialists
• Proficiency English

Fluency in Finnish is considered a strong advantage

Additional Information:

• Start date: Flexible, according to agreement in spring
• Salary: Based on experience and SKOL classification, approximately €4,000–6,000/month
• Location: Offices across Finland – you can work from the location closest to you
