About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Al and collaboration technologies and contribute to the implementation and integration of daily digital tools within the organization. This role is focused on how people adopt and utilize technology to get benefits and you don’t need very technical background for this role.

Work tasks

• Leading people to adopt daily Al tools for knowledge work, primarily focusing on Microsoft 365 Copilot as the technology
• Quantifying the impact and value of such Al tools in the workplace, spreading awareness and support the rationale for further investment into technology and adoption work
• Learning to become the master, our go-to daily Al expert who can support people in communities by connecting, sharing examples and answering questions

We are looking for

• Studies in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications)
• Hands-on experience of using Al tools in daily work and a strong interest in Al and its applications in the workplace
• Interest and knowledge in people change management and facilitation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English
