About the role

As a Data Business Analyst, you will be responsible for performance analysis across different business areas. You will support strategic, data-driven decision making and identify trends. You will collaborate with product development, marketing and finance departments and contribute to the achievement of business objectives. You will hear more about the client company in the next stages of the recruitment process.

Work tasks

• Collecting, analysing and interpreting large data sets to identify market patterns and trends
• Conducting market and competitor analyses
• Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data on different platforms
• Creating dashboards, reports and KPIs to support decision making
• Working closely with different stakeholders

We are looking for

• Relevant educational background (e.g. Business, Data Analytics)
• Experience in data analytics or similar roles
• Proficiency with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
• Fluency in Finnish and English
• Experience in statistical analysis and predictive modelling is an advantage

You will succeed in this role if you have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts in a way that is understandable to non-experts. You will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify business-relevant opportunities in data.
