Work tasks
- Lead and develop the underground aftermarket service operations in Kiruna
- Ensure operational safety, sustainability, and service excellence
- Support and guide your team in solving complex technical and maintenance challenges
- Collaborate with HR and technical departments to ensure continuous competence development
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and monitor contract performance
- Identify and drive improvement initiatives based on customer needs and operational data
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning and manage critical maintenance events
We are looking for
- Several years of experience in a leadership role within service, operations, or mining
- A strong technical background – preferably through formal education in engineering or a related field
- Experience working with Office 365; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Full professional fluency in Swedish both spoken and written, English is seen as an advantage Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
