About the role

As a BOM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in preparing and maintaining customer-specific machine structures in the production systems. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that every machine order has the correct structural data in place, supporting smooth manufacturing processes. You will work primarily in Teamcenter and ERP systems, validating and managing structures to match customer requirements. This role involves independent work and collaboration with production planners, sales offices, and product engineers.

Work tasks

• Create machine structures in Teamcenter, validate in Excel, and transfer to ERP based on production orders.
• Update structures to reflect customer changes and engineering modifications.
• Prioritize tasks according to production schedules and deadlines.
• Communicate with internal teams to clarify specifications and resolve potential issues.

We are looking for

• Fluent English skills, Finnish is an advantage.
• Technical education (e.g. Production Engineering, Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology).
• Knowledge of PDM (Teamcenter) and ERP (LEAN, SAP) systems is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Ability and motivation to quickly learn and adopt new systems.

The selected candidate will be required to undergo drug testing and a health examination.
