About the role
As a Hardware Designer, you will be part of a skilled engineering team working on the development of advanced digital electronics and measurement equipment. You will take part in schematic design, board-level debugging, testing, and documentation. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work on hardware, influence design decisions, and contribute to high-quality product development.

Work tasks
- Create and update schematics using hardware design tools
- Design and implement modifications to circuit boards
- Perform documentation related to design changes, test results, and findings
- Conduct hands-on testing in the lab environment
- Use standard lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscope); soldering skills are considered a plus
- Analyze PCB design files to locate and troubleshoot issues (e.g., trace routing, component placement)
- Plan and execute test procedures: define what needs to be tested, perform measurements, and record results
- Document findings and contribute to improving design quality through systematic testing
We are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Solid foundation in digital electronics, digital design and circuit boards
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in hardware design, particularly with digital circuit boards
- Participation in engineering projects
- Experience with base station (cellular network) design
- Ability to take full responsibility for a hardware board design
- Strong skills in electronic hardware design (digital focus)
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience with Mentor Graphics tools
- Familiarity with FPGA-based designs
