About the role

We are looking for an early-career professional or a final-year student to join our expert team focused on OT environments and network security. This role emphasizes networking and Network Security in particular, and we value a genuine interest in the OT world – for example, rotating machinery and marine engines. Your background could be in electrical or automation engineering studies at a university level. Technical skills are important, but the most essential quality is a strong desire to learn and grow. In OT environments, safety – both for people and the environment – is paramount.

Work tasks

The work tasks are divided into two main lines:

Continuous development & project work: You will participate in project meetings, drive development initiatives, and act as a subject matter expert in infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.

Operational tasks & incident response: You will handle urgent incidents, support business operations, and ensure the continuous operation of the production plant. Responsiveness and the ability to prioritize are key.

We are looking for

• Relevant educational backround (e.g. IT , electrical/automation)
• Good networking skills and understanding of OT networks and Network Security
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English

• Interest / ability to learn how digital assets control industrial processes within factory, energy & marine environments
• Human and environmental safety
• Information networks in midern production environment
• Information network security solutions
• Cisco CCNA etc.
