About the role
As a Project Manager, you will lead the modernization H&C Metering and Meter Warehouse Management system, ensuring a smooth transition from the old system to a new, efficient solution. Your responsibilities include project planning, execution, stakeholder management, budget control, risk mitigation, and cybersecurity oversight. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT specialists, and vendors to ensure the project aligns with IT governance model. This role is key in driving digital transformation in district heating business, improving metering accuracy, and ensuring operational efficiency.
This is a part-time role 20h/per week.

Work tasks
- Lead project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with requirements
- Manage project planning, risk mitigation, and resource allocation
- Oversee stakeholder communication, including business teams, steering groups, and external vendors
- Track project KPIs, report progress, and handle change management
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and cyber security policies
We are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years in IT project management, preferably in business or industry-related projects
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder leadership
- Excellent planning & organizational abilities
- Experience with IT systems and data management
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- A proactive and adaptable mindset
- Excellent English skills
