About the role

In this role, your main responsibility is to design engaging and effective learning experiences using a variety of instructional methods and technologies to match objectives, tone, and target audience in cooperation with the internal project team and the customer experts. You will also work with writing storyboards with voice-over and on-screen content and develop a variety of other instructional materials, including presentations, job aids, performance support tools or live trainings for effective outcomes.

To be successful in this role you have an excellent project management skills, you enjoy working closely with the clients and you are willing to understand client's business to be able to create tailored solutions to them. As a person you have an excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and have work experience for example in communications, organizational development and instructional design.

Work tasks

• Design engaging and effective learning experiences for different clients
• Write storyboards with voice-over and on-screen content in English
• Develop a variety of other instructional materials, including presentations, job aids, performance support tools or live trainings for effective outcomes
• Ensure a positive and engaging user experience
• Stay up to date with the possibilities of AI in the field and develop your skills in utilizing AI in designing learning experiences

We are looking for

• Relevant study background (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience in communications, organizational development, instructional design, change management, talent development, learning and development or related field
• Ability to create engaging, clear and impactful content for a variety of topics and audiences
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and customer service skills in English (Finnish is seen as an additional bonus).
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a self-steering manner but also collaborate with the team
