About the role

As an AV-technician at Atea, your role is to ensure the high-quality execution of installation work and proper documentation as part of our client's new team in Oulu. In this position, you will collaborate seamlessly with project managers, coordinate the progress of the site, and participate in site meetings. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing training for clients and internal staff. Your tasks will be in the Northern Ostrobothnia and Lapland regions, so having your own car is required to travel easily between different sites and projects.

We are looking for one experienced and two junior AV technicians to join Atea's team. In the junior role, you will focus on installing and setting up AV-equipment and sound systems. In the senior role, you will be responsible for key project tasks and providing feedback. You will also assist with cabling, connections, mounting surfaces, and reading electrical and technical diagrams.

We are looking for

• Relevant educational background (e.g., telecommunications, electronics, or electrical installer)
• Previous experience in similar tasks
• For a senior AV technician, we expect strong expertise in AV-technology, presentation and conference technology, as well as installations and commissioning of smart work environments
• Basic proficiency in Finnish and English, Swedish language skills are considered an advantage
• Basic skills in common office applications
• Driver's license and readiness to use your own car
• Willingness to travel
