We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled HR professional to join Sulapac's team. If you already have some HR experience and want to be a part of company that's making the world a better place, this could be your opportunity!
About the role
In this role, you will work in the HR department and be responsible for a variety of HR tasks, as well as making sure everything is going smoothly in the office. You have the chance to develop Sulapac's internal guidelines and contribute on the way of working at Sulapac. You will also be a sparring partner for supervisors with ad hoc and management matters. You are expected to mainly work from the office. This position is a 12 month temporary contract.

Work tasks
- Managing benefits, monitoring vacation days and working hours
- Coordinating healthcare and handling insurance topics
- Managing new laptops, phones, and subscriptions
- Office organisation
- Organizing company events
- Developing internal HR guidelines in Sulapac
- Advising employees on various matters
We are looking for
- Some previous HR work experience
- Relevant educational background (including HR)
- Full working proficiency in Finnish and English
- Knowledge of some HR systems
