One Click LCA's innovative carbon accounting and reduction SaaS platform is used in over 170 countries and is rapidly growing. They are the global leader in the construction and built environment sectors and also target manufacturing, which together account for nearly half of global carbon emissions. In addition to your financial controlling responsibilities, you will lead an international team. This full-time, permanent position is available on a hybrid basis for candidates based in Helsinki or the Uusimaa area.

Work tasks

Primary work tasks:

• Your primary responsibilty is Financial Reporting : Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements and prepare financial reports, ensuring they are in accordance with GAAP or IFRS. This, requires meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of financial standards.
• Internal Controls and Compliance: you establish and enforce financial policies and procedures and manage internal and external audits.
• Team Leadership: you lead the accounting team by highlighting a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Other work tasks:

• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow as well as oversee accounts receivable and payable functions.
• Tax Management: Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and coordinate planning with external tax advisors.
• Strategic Influence: Assist the CFO in developing financial strategies, participate in M&As.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.

We are looking for

• Solid multiple years’ background from Financial Controlling and experience in building scalable finance functions is a must.
• Experience in Accounting and Standalone & Group Consolidated Audits
• Experience in leadership role
• Knowledge in business partnering, FP&A and customer analytics.
• Fluent English (oral and written) as it will be the working language

It is highly desirable if you have:

• Experience in B2B SaaS environment, ERP roll-out, integrations or Big 4 Audit/Transactional Service. Also fluent Finnis is seen as a merit.
