About the role

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the team in their AI development efforts. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coaching & Mentoring: You will work closely with the team, providing guidance on generative AI, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions. Your role is to help the team navigate challenges, refine their methods, and continuously improve their expertise.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving: You will spar with the team to explore new implementation and execution methods. Your input will help identify and develop innovative AI-driven solutions.
• Operational Support: While your main role is coaching, you may also participate in hands-on tasks related to AI development, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Reporting & Documentation: You will contribute to tracking progress, reporting on key developments, and ensuring transparency in ongoing projects.

Work tasks

• Team Coaching & Support – Helping the team structure their work and improve AI development practices
• Technical Advisory – Providing expertise on Generative AI, Machine Learning, and AI-driven development
• Sparring & New Approaches – Working with the team to explore and implement new ways of working
• Operational Contribution – Supporting hands-on development when needed
• Monitoring & Reporting – Ensuring transparency and tracking progress of ongoing initiatives

We are looking for

• Already a few years of experience in full stack development
• Expertise in Generative AI development, Machine Learning, or AI solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – approachable, supportive, and eager to help the team grow
• A proactive and adaptable mindset – open to new challenges and flexible in approach
• Fluent English language skills, Finnish language skills are considered an advantage
