About the role
As our client's Tender Specialist, you will be responsible for various tasks throughout the tender process and work with complex project portfolios, aiming to exceed customer expectations. The team receives bids globally, so we are looking for someone eager to work in an international environment and to grow as a tender expert – you can be either in the beginning of your career or already gained some experience in the field. The team is based in Hyvinkää 3 days a week with partial hybrid opportunity.

Work tasks
- Bid calculation together with the rest of the team
- Collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders, such as designers, suppliers and the sales organization
- Proper documentation and reporting of tenders
- Working with the company-specific tools
We are looking for
- Suitable educational background (e.g. technical, business)
- Strong communication and engaging skills in English; other language skills are an asset (e.g., Finnish, French, German)
- Capability and willingness to work in a global, dynamic environment with different cultures
- Excellent technical understanding is an asset
