About the role
As a Chief Naval Architect, you will work closely with the project team from the initial design phase to the delivery of the vessels. You will play a key role in ensuring the progress of our exciting and multi-phased projects. Additionally, you will act as an expert in matters related to vessel design.

Work tasks
- Coordinating project design and participating in the design work as necessary
- Reviewing designs and coordinating required inspections
- Communicating with various stakeholders and delivering information as needed
- Attending regular meetings and monitoring project progress
We are looking for
- Relevant educational background (Marine Technology Engineer)
- At least 3 years of experience in shipbuilding and project management
- Solid understanding of shipbuilding processes, projects, and industry regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong English skills
Experience with classification societies, shipyards, or design offices is considered an advantage.
To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:
- Proactive and skilled in problem-solving
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
