About the role
As a Bid Coordinator/Manager you will be part of DealDesk team and play a key role in managing the bidding process from identifying tenders to delivering completed proposals. Work is done in hybrid model at LeadDesk’s headquarters on Hämeentie (3 days a week) and partly remotely.

Work tasks
- Active monitoring and evaluation of public tenders: Actively track and assess open public tenders to ensure that opportunities are identified in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the Bidding Process: Collaborate with sales and expert teams to manage the entire bidding process, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Compile Necessary Documentation: Gather and prepare all required attachments and supporting documents needed for each tender submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Finalize Bid Texts and Supervise Deadlines: Draft and review bid texts with the help of LeadDesk’s expert teams, ensuring all requirements are met, and oversee adherence to submission deadlines.
- Submit Bids in Tender Portals: Ensure all bids are accurately uploaded and submitted to relevant tender portals on time, following each portal's specific procedures.
We are looking for
- Commercial or administrative education, e.g. a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (studies can still be ongoing)
- Previous experience in office work
- Good skills in Microsoft 365 (especially Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams)
- Working language is English, Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian is seen as an advantage
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in working with bidding processes is considered an advantage but is not essential – the most important thing is the desire to learn and develop.

- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Duration and Workload: Full-time until the end of August 2025, after which recruitment to the client company is likely
- Location: Helsinki Kallio, with partial remote work possibility
