About the role

As a Process Automation Developer, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing automation solutions within the organization. You will work with the UiPath platform to implement new features, develop proof-of-concept solutions, and assist internal developers in adopting automation technologies. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining and improving automation processes, collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization, and contributing to the continuous development of automation capabilities. By working closely with the Service Manager and business teams, you will help drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.

Work tasks

• Support and develop automation solutions using the UiPath platform
• Implement new features and proof-of-concepts
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including developers, and business teams, to drive automation initiatives
• Integrate emerging technologies, such as AI, communication mining, process mining, and machine learning, into automation workflows

We are looking for

• A technical educational background
• Some experience with RPA, the UiPath platform, or other process automation tools
• Some experience with SQL
• Understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
• Familiarity with Git version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English Experience with process mining, communication mining, or task mining would be considered an advantage.
