About the role
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, responsible for coordinating day-to-day customer relationships. You'll work closely with the warranty, service, and spare parts teams to ensure customer needs and expectations are consistently met, particularly in technical areas.
You will oversee the successful execution of maintenance checks and spare parts deliveries, ensuring they align with agreed schedules and plans. A key part of your role will be effectively communicating technical changes to customers, presenting complex information in a clear, customer-focused manner.
Given the dynamic nature of the work, you will need to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining a broad perspective. Your role will involve close collaboration with warranty teams, service teams, customers, as well as frequent communication with production, R&D, and suppliers.

We are looking for
- A relevant educational background (technical or commercial)
- Strong experience in a similar customer service role within an industrial or technical environment
- Technical understanding and the ability to clearly explain technical solutions to customers
- Fluency in English
