About the role

As an Application Engineer, you will be working with WE Tech’s energy efficient solutions and have a key role in developing and validating the system. Your main responsibilities are developing control system software and configuration, creating and maintaining project documentation and providing technical support during development, manufacturing and commissioning. You'll get work in agile and international company and have an excellent opportunity to develop your competencies as a professional.

Work tasks

• Control system software and configuration development
• Technical support towards internal and external stakeholders
• Creating and maintaining project documentation

We are looking for

• Relevant educational background in Electrical or Automation engineering
• Knowledge in control systems (e.g. usage of drives, automation, PLC or equivalent)
• Good technical understanding and experience in using different technologies (e.g. Structured Text, IDEs for PLCs)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High motivation towards the field and ability to work proactively and independently
• Fluency in English language

Maritime experience is seen as an asset.
